What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order.   We only charge you what it costs us to actually package and send the items to you.

Do you accept overseas orders?

No.  Keir's Krafts will only ship products within Australia.

Return Authorisation

Before sending any product back to us you must contact us.  This must be done within the first 7 days of receiving your order.

Payment Policy

Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit is the preferred method of payment.   When you place an order Keir's Krafts, Bank Account details will be given/sent to you.  Your products will be shipped as soon as the payment has been cleared.

Postal Orders

Postal orders should be made payable to Keir's Krafts.

Other Payment Methods

Please check with us if you cannot pay by direct deposit and would like to use a different payment method.

How to Order

Download and complete the order form from our website.

Please make sure you include the Item Number, Colour Number and the description of each item you need.  This way we can ensure you get exactly what you want.

How soon with I receive my order? 

As soon as possible after payment is verified/cleared.

Changes To Terms

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed.  Keir's Krafts may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice.  It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.
